Apple could fundamentally grow its savvy home product offering within the next two years, as per Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. In his most recent Power On pamphlet, Gurman reports the organization has “at least four new smart home devices in its labs.”
Remembered for that rundown is the new HomePod model Gurman first wrote about back in June, notwithstanding a revived HomePod mini. The previous will purportedly look and sound like the first 2018 model. Apple ended the HomePod in 2021 without declaring a direct replacement. The two different gadgets address totally new products for the organization.
As per Gurman, one is a kitchen accessory that joins an iPad with a speaker. In the mean time, the other purportedly unites the functionality of an Apple TV, camera and HomePod into a living room device. He says Apple could release one of those two products toward the finish of the next year or mid 2024 however warns that “not all will see the light of the day.”
A kitchen gadget would see Apple contending all the more intimately with Amazon and Google. The two are generally firmly connected with the smart display category thanks to discharges like the Nest Hub and Echo Show 15. It would be fascinating to see what Apple figures it can bring to the field since most smart displays don’t feel fundamental.
