IBM (NYSE: IBM) announced fourth-quarter and fullyear 2020 earnings results.
Net cash from operating activities of $18.2 billion; free cash flow of $10.8 billion in Full Year 2020.
In the fourth quarter, the company generated net cash from operating activities of $5.9 billion, or $6.8 billion excluding Global Financing receivables. IBM’s free cash flow was $6.1 billion. The company returned $1.5 billion to shareholders in dividends.
For the full year, the company generated net cash from operating activities of $18.2 billion, or $13.8 billion excluding Global Financing receivables. Net capital expenditures of $3 billion increased $0.7 billion, primarily for cloud infrastructure.
Free cash flow was $10.8 billion. IBM returned $5.8 billion to shareholders in dividends.
